EngageIP Customer Portal (ECP)
Summary
The EngageIP Custom Portal provides a user-friendly, low overhead interface which can be cloud service deployed (no Virtual Machine required). Using included or custom developed plugins ECP can service internal staff and/or be setup to directly serve end users depending upon your needs.
ECP supports the roles and users defined within EngageIP, allowing you to configure role based restrictions on plugin access. Articles in the ECP Category (listed below) will describe the functionality of ECP and how to use it.
The ECP Home Page
The ECP Home page provides an overview of account details. Depending on which plugins are enabled, Billing, Ticket, Usage and additional information will be displayed on the left hand sidebar and main page interface.  The Articles listed below will provide more information on how the home page and plugins can be configured.
