Summary

The following article explains how to compare packages on accounts (at the user level) as well as any package created in EngageIP (at the system level).

Comparing Packages

Compare Packages on an Account

  1. Load the desired account and click on Packages

  2. Click on the checkboxes in the 'Select' column of the packages table to choose which user-packages you wish to compare

  3. Click on the Compare button below the packages table and the user packages characteristics will appear side by side for comparison

  4. Fields which display the wrench icon  can be edited

Compare Packages Created in EngageIP

  1. Click on Setup

  2. Under the heading Packages and Services click Packages

  3. In the 'Select' column check off the packages you wish to compare

  4. Click the Compare button below the table

  5. A comparison table will load displaying package details

Detailed View

  1. Load the desired account and click on Packages

  2. Click on the checkboxes in the 'Select' column of the packages table to choose which packages you wish to compare

     

  3. Click on the Details button below the packages table and the user-package details will load on a new page

  4. Fields which display the wrench icon can be edited
