Account-Package and Account-Service Icons

Summary

This article describes the icons found on services and packages on accounts and on the setup tab as they reflect discounts, contracts or other advanced configurations on services and packages.

Icons

The following icons may appear depending on if these settings have been configured on the package. Hovering over any of the icons will display the details associated with each.

Icon

Definition

Indicates that a package status change has been configured. For example, the package status is scheduled to be changed to CANCEL at a future date.

Indicates that a discount has been applied to the package at the account level. Note: You will know this is an account level discount because the hover text will include the service ID (ie: #44).

Indicates that a discount has been applied to the package at the owner level. Note: You will know this is a system package level discount because it will not contain a service ID as above.

Indicates that the package includes profile questions/answers.

Configuration

Note that in order to display for a particular profile, there are options when configuring the profile question itself, namely two check boxes to allow the system to show the icon on the overview / components section or beside the package name on a customers account. See image below as the questions show on the profile question configuration.

Note: if the profile question has a data type of Password, the mouse over text will be displayed as *******, likewise if the data type is Credit Card Number, only the last 4 digits will be displayed and all others replaced with ****.

Note: if the profile question data is not being shown on the overview tab in the packages list, you may need to update the configuration in the database. The column is 'MaxHelpItem' and by default is set to zero. Remember that performance can be affected by this so its recommended that you not have more then 2 or 3 showing unless your profile data is short. Please contact LogiSense Customer Care to have this updated.
