SOAP API - Managing Accounts

An account in EngageIP is represented by a User. Users represent your customers. They are the entities which can buy and use the services you offer. They can be organized in hierarchies to create account structures such as parent-child relationships (i.e. a head office with regional offices).

Typical scenarios for using these operations include:

• Creating an account

• Making notes on an account

• Changing a user status (statuses include Enabled, Cancelled, Suspended, Prospect etc)
