SOAP API - Contacts

A contact is a person associated with an account. Contacts are your customer’s employees who have been designated for specific duties regarding the services you provide.

You can create your own contact types.  Out-of-the-Box we have administrative, billing and technical contacts.

Contacts have contact points such as:

• Address

• Phone Number

• Email

Typical Scenarios include:

• Creating or Updating a billing contact for invoicing

• Creating or Updating an administrative contact for new offers or promotions
