Account Page Details and Menus Overview
Summary
This article describes the options on the EngageIP v8 account overview page, what the sections mean and how they relate to the customer account.
When you look up a specific account the initial screen that you are presented with is the main Overview page.
Along the top of all screens within the application are tabs. These are the main navigation points for an account and are specific to the account that you are currently viewing. For example if you want to view Bill Smith's account then clicking on any of these tabs would return their results for Bill's account.
The Left Side Menu
 | Current Account provides a quick view of the current account's name, account ID, status, balance, bill day, and bill group. Clicking on the name will redirect you to the account's overview screen as will clicking on the account ID. The difference between the two is that one is the value given to the account during its creation (name) and the other is the internal number for the account (account ID).

The Top Right Menu
Configuration - this option will be displayed only if you are logged in as the root owner (admin). This page contains system configuration settings. See the EngageIP Configuration Page Overview article for more information
Override - clicking this option will spawn a small login window requesting a username and password. Once credentials are entered in this window the system will inherit the role permissions of the new login. This is useful in a environment where an agent may not have permission to perform a specific action (e.g. apply a discount to an account). The agent's supervisor who has this permission can then override the current session and take the necessary action. Once complete, the supervisor can log out and the system and the session will continue from the previous login prior to the override
Change My Password - allows you to change the user password you use to log into the EngageIP AdminPortal
Logout - clicking this option will log you out of the current session
