Enhancements and Fixes
Added a confirmation dialog when voiding an invoice which will appear if an open invoice exists on the account
Improved logging of rating activities and rating engine initialization issues
Removed selection options and buttons from the 'Select a Package' pop-up window as they are not relevant when adding a user-package to an account

This issue resulted in no data being presented in profile question fields on package lists
Adjusted the export to csv functionality to only export profile question names in columns, excluding the owner and object type values from the heading
Fixed an issue where owner tree contents were malformed when the add/edit custom code page was loaded
Fixed an issue where the 'Ticket Assignable' setting on roles was being ignored when configuring Ticket Escalations allowing tickets to be assigned to any user under the owner
Modified the Ticket Escalation Assigned To fields to support assigning tickets to users under higher level branded owners so long as the ticket escalation was configured by a user under the higher level branded owner
Fixed an error which would occur when selecting a duplicate ticket group on the ticket type transitions add/edit page. Ticket group names will now include the owner name when adding/editing ticket type transitions to ensure unique ticket group names
