Summary

This article describes the process for updating the page title in EngageIP so that there is less confusion as to which billing system you are in if you have a production and development environment.

Configuration

  1. Locate and open the BOSS.vm\_Layout.vm file on the webserver (C:\Program Files(x86)\EngageIP\AdminPortal\Views\Layouts or whatever path your EngageIP installation is located in)

     

  2. Edit the title text (highlighted below) with the text you wish to display on the brower tab

  3. Save the file

  4. Reload the EngageIP webpage (after logging in) to display the new title

  5. Repeat these steps in the index.vm file to set the page title/tab title for the EngageIP login page (located under: C:\EngageIP\AdminPortal\Views\Login for the file called ‘index.vm’
