Summary

The UDR History report gives the user the ability to check all his rated calls at any point of time based on account level the user is on and permission the user has.  Normally it is real time (some delays may occur due to the frequency of the raw UDR files delivery and the rating engine).

This article explains how to access and interpret the reports.

How to access the Report

Permissions Required

Note: In order to view the UDR History User Report and/or the UDR History Owner Report the role permissions UDRHistoryOwnerReport (List) and UDRHistoryUserReport (List) must be enabled for the user. See the Roles – Adding Roles, Setting Role Permissions and Importing How To guide for instructions on adding permissions.
