The following icons may appear depending on if these settings have been configured on the package. Hovering over any of the icons will display the details associated with each.
Icon | Definition |
 | Indicates that a package status change has been configured. For example, the package status is scheduled to be changed to CANCEL at a future date. |
 | Indicates that a discount has been applied to the package at the account level. Note: You will know this is an account level discount because the hover text will include the service ID (ie: #44).  |
| Indicates that a discount has been applied to the package at the owner level. Note: You will know this is a system package level discount because it will not contain a service ID as above. |
 | Indicates that the package includes profile questions/answers.  |
Configuration
Note that in order to display for a particular profile, there are options when configuring the profile question itself, namely two check boxes to allow the system to show the icon on the overview / components section or beside the package name on a customers account. See image below as the questions show on the profile question configuration.
