Upgrade Strategy

LogiSense strongly suggests that customers stay within the latest 2 releases of software and do not drop further behind. Product documentation is targeted at the latest release of software denoting what is new in the current release compared to the previous release of the billing platform.

API documentation is also targeted at the last 3 API versions with documentation of which new APIs have been added, updated and depricated between API versions.

Platform upgrades are scheduled with the customer to ensure scheduling of the upgrade window for the platform and to reduce any possible down time.
