The account that receives the invoice is called an invoicer. Only an account that is tagged configured as an invoicer can receive an invoice. The usage and subscription invoicers specified must be the same, splitting invoices is not currently supported. Any account can be specified as a subscription or a usage invoicer, the account does not need to reside in the same account hierarchy (e.g. a parent account).
