  • Note: if using File Mover seervice to send to GCP bucket - ensure to remove the files from the remote bucket (Five9's bucket) after testing. In File Mover CFG Set the parameter RemoveFromRemote="True" to remove the files from GCP Bucket.

  • When we test GCP we need to inform Support on slack that Five9's bucket (provide name) may see some test files.

Summary

The FileMover service resides in the services folder with all EngageIP installations. It allows automated FTP and SFTP transfer of files from a source directory to a remote directory.
