Summary

In this example we will add a package to our sub-account created in Creating a Sub-Account Child Account Creation Example.

Prerequisites

  • You need to have at least one package created and in an active status.in the product catalog with the ‘Active’ checkbox enabled

  • The package you are adding to the account must be configured with the same currency that the account is set to

Process

  1. Log into your Logisense the LogiSense Billing application

  2. In the search area box at the top of the page, set leave the “Search Filter” Search Filter to “Account” Account and then enter the name of the sub-account we created in Creating a Sub-Account. Select it account you wish to add the package to. Select the account from the list and then click the arrow button to go to the accounts overview page.

  3. Click on the “Profile” Profile menu option

  4. You will be taken to the “Account Packages” Account Packages screen. Here click the “+” (blue star) icon to add a package to the account

  5. In the “Package” selector, Package field start typing the name of the package you want to add and select it from the list when the auto complete shows displays it. Drop down the “Frequency” selector and Under Frequency select the package frequency you wish to add. Then click the “Save” button

  6. Click Save to add the package .to the account
