Overview
Countries and states can be configured on this screen. Once setup, they will be available when configuring addresses on account contacts.

Countries and states can be setup immediately, there are no prerequisite configuration steps.

Note: States that are in use (configured or account contacts) cannot be deleted. |
Under the Country List heading on the left select the country that contains the State/Province
Under the States tab click the
icon and then the icon to mark the State/Province for deletionClick the Save button to commit the changes and delete the State/Province
